I'm really fired up about KBK classes. I jumped right into the mix with the rest of the class and got a good first taste of what it is all about. The instructor was excellent and gave me a lot of one-on-one instruction. The other students were friendly, helpful and courteous. I felt comfortable with the group right away and not too self-conscious, even though I probably looked more like a juicy grub-worm rolling around on the mat than a future martial arts expert.
